Description
The IT Support Technician is responsible for supporting daytoday IT operations in our corporate office and in our retail locations.

This position will audit, troubleshoot, diagnose, and preserve the IT standards to provide the highest level of service for our employees and stakeholders.


Responsibilities
Set up workstation computers and necessary peripheral devices (webcams, printers etc.) Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, cameras, etc.) to ensure functionality Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications Install and maintain local networks to optimize performance levels Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment Perform troubleshooting to diagnostics to resolve problems Maintain service records and history of equipment Assist development team with projects and upgrades as needed Troubleshoot network infrastructure and recommend solutions for improving network ABC/DataTrak POS (Point of Sale) terminals and equipment:
  • Repair and maintain current equipment
Install new equipment Troubleshoot and repair in store media/AV systems (TV's, Audio, and Displays) Troubleshoot any issues with security camera systems Troubleshoot phone, internet, and cable systems and work with providers/vendors Remain up to date on latest industry trends and standards. Monitor all IT and AV work orders daily.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Working knowledge of the underlying technical underpinnings of networks and storage solutions, phone systems, and managing complex enterprise systems is a must. Strategic thinker and confident when working with technology partners and cloud providers. Experience assisting major system upgrades from a change management perspective Ability to identify user requirements, lead change management, root cause analysis, problem solving, technical project management, and resolving production outages. Experience with vendor relationship management Experience in multiretail locations desired Excellent communication skills Demonstrates attention to detail Must be team oriented, selfmotivated, and well organized

Working Environment
This position operates in a customer facing environment in retail locations. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Physical Requirements
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit, stand, and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.

This is a fulltime, exempt position. Travel
Up to 50% travel may be expected for this position. Frequent travel will occur to all club locations, as well as other locations outside of the local area which may require overnight visits.
