Overview:
Parts Room Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Perform Cycle Counts follow matrix and complete a full storeroom count quarterly.
Manage parts checkout process.
Keep parts area clean and organized.
Ensure bin locations are labeled and assigned in Infor.
Help technicians find needed parts.
Contact vendors for pricing.
Coordinate pickup/drive to other sites for parts.
Call for services.
Receive parts.
5S Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
Keep locations properly labeled.
Housekeeping (trash, sweeping, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing and walking.
Sitting occasionally to frequent.
Lifting up to 50 pounds above head height with or without an accommodation.
Must be able to see (depth perception, near acuity and far acuity) and hear.
Must be able to maneuver safely around moving equipment and/or in congested manufacturing areas.
Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures (hot and/or cold depending upon season and plant location).
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, ear protection, steel toed shoes, rubber gloves/boots, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 $58,950 based on a fulltime schedule.
Location, confirmed jobrelated skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Qualifications:

Strong MS Office Skills
Word, Excel.
Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Demonstrated ability to work in a result oriented, challenging environment.
Effective coaching, facilitation and presentation skills.
Must hold strong followup skills and embrace top level service environment.
