Your responsibilities

As a prospective educator, you will...

develop a deep understanding of child development at different stages. You will learn pedagogical concepts and methods to create learning environments that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills in your daily work.
learn how to integrate these areas into your pedagogical work:
- movement, health, music
- language, media, art
- mathematics and science
develop skills in communication and conflict resolution with parents and colleagues.
become familiar with health promotion and nursing aspects when working with children.
gain knowledge about legal frameworks in child and youth welfare as well as an understanding of quality management and processes in socio-pedagogical dimensions.
be sensitized to diversity and inclusion topics.
