Your responsibilities

Independent support and further development of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including interfaces to adjacent areas
Ensuring the productive operation of systems with a focus on central applications such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Learning
Proactive analysis, optimization, and harmonization of business processes in cooperation with departments
Management of external service providers and assumption of partial project responsibility
2nd and 3rd level support
