Cedar Bluff is seeking state-certified energy technical assistants to support engineers in research and development as well as in production preparation in the field of renewable energy technology.

This includes primarily developments related to renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, and geothermal energy. Modern technology utilizes these sources to generate electricity or heat, for example through wind power plants.

Our graduates work in wind, water, or solar power plants, or at manufacturers of components for energy production from renewable sources, including in production, maintenance, or sales.

They can also find employment in installation companies or engineering firms.

Studying at a university of applied sciences:


Those who wish to study after completing their training have the opportunity to obtain an academic degree with a technical college entrance qualification.

This opens up further opportunities for our graduates in terms of jobs and careers.

  • Two-semester basic stage and four-semester specialized stage with annual progression
  • Internships are an integral part of the training and complement the knowledge taught in class. In addition to the extensive internships during the training, a six-week company internship is completed in the 5th semester. Our students have the opportunity to do internships in many European countries.
