Job Summary:
I am seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caretaker to watch our 24 year old daughter Muna. She has low functioning autism as well as an intellectual disability. She goes to a day program but help is needed on weekday evenings/nights and all day on the weekends. We live in Dumfries, Virginia.


Responsibilities:

Assist with toileting (she is not fully potty trained)

Assist with eating/cooking basic meals

Assist with bathing/personal hygeine

Help play with educational toys/materials

Go outside on walks/through the neighborhood


Skills:


  • First aid certification preferred
  • Experience with care of people with autism
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, who will treat her with love and care

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
