Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative support services to the U.S. Army Reserve Command Identification Card Administration (ICA) program
  • Effectively operate the US Army reserve Command Information Technology Systems to verify information and conduct all required background checks
  • Maintain operational knowledge/experience processing identification issuance requests and issuing identification badges for building and system access
  • Fulfill all required DEERS/RAPIDS Training prior to obligation

Qualifications

  • Must be US citizen
  • Must pass background checks as directed by government requirements
  • Must possess eligibility to obtain a CAC
  • Must complete all government required security training
  • Must have obtained a High School Diploma or GED or high School equivalent education level
