Description

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the storage facility operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage facility
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
  • Assist customers with their storage needs and provide recommendations
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and Self Storage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating storage fees
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
