SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Coordinating Manager for Corporate Support Services works in collaboration and under the direction of the Coordinating Manager.
General tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Update Central Office & Facility Quarterly MVO Reports. Maintain vehicle reports Central Office division.
- Process accident reports and prepare correspondence for Comptroller's Office.
- Update and distribute parking permits for Central Office and the facilities.
- Update files for Corporate Support Services vehicle records for employee's driver's licenses/process driver's licenses thru the DCAS lens program.
- Handle Central Office Petty Case.
- Process registrations.
- Processing requisitions, purchasing supplies, assist with ordering of fleet cars.
- Assist Accounts Payable with vendor payments.
- Corresponding with vendors on payment status, mailing payments to vendors, serves as a liaison for the facility lease vehicles, and any assistance with vehicles.
- Answer phone and schedule meeting/ distribute and updating parking permits for Central Office and Facility vehicles.
- Update files for Corporate Support Services vehicle records for employee's driver's licenses/process driver's licenses thru the DCAS lens program.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Community Health, Psychology or related discipline with one year of fulltime experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, general administration, health care and medical/patient systems administration; or,
- A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
Pay:
$51,816.00 per hour
