The DB Energie GmbH is the energy manager of Deutsche Bahn for the railway in Germany.

This means we are responsible for operating the 16.7 Hz railway power grid, 50 Hz systems, 110kV railway power lines, the direct current supply for the Hamburg and Berlin S-Bahn, as well as renewable energies such as charging infrastructure for battery-powered trains.

Your tasks:

  • You contribute to ensuring the safe provision and availability of electrical systems with your work.
  • You are responsible for maintenance, repair and troubleshooting in the southwest, with the flexibility to arrange your start and end point in a way that allows for a pleasant commute and enough time for your personal life.
  • You participate in condition checks and investigate malfunctions and irregularities.
