Duties:


  • You will serve as the Gobal Command and Control System
  • Maritime (GCCS-M) APM in support of the PMW 150 Command and Control Systems program office within PEO C4I.
  • You will be responsible for the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning and execution of assigned programs.
  • You will be responsible for leading a large, geographicallydispersed team of supporting personnel to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance of more than $25M per year for sustainment of GCCS-M, a highly complex ACAT I program.
  • You will be responsible for providing support to operational platforms, identifying issues and developing corrective solutions, system/cyber readiness.
  • You will actively participate in and lead stakeholder engagement to include coordination with FRD, PMWs, NAVWAR Competencies and TYCOMs/Fleet is required to successfully execute efforts.
  • You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate postaward activities.
  • You will manage leadership of multiple integrated product of teams or serve as integrated product team lead for IPT that crosses multiple program offices or crosses multiple programs of record.
  • You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered.
  • You will ensure compliance with DoD and DoN 5000 Series directives, PEO policy and other relevant guidance, and coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation.
  • You will work across both productbased and platformbased programs to ensure optimal use of resources, sharing of best practices and synchronizations of effort.

  • This position requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travelrelated purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
  • The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions.
  • Based on the responsibilities of this position (Tier 3), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS 14 Step 7 (currently $167,012) pay band, including higher responsibility positions.

Qualifications:


  • Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS13 grade level or DP03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following
:

_ Experience leading a very large, geographically-disperse team of supporting personnel such as a project manager or system engineer, logisticians to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance of more than $25M per year for sustainment functions for GCCS-M, a highly complex ACAT I program.

Experience with providing support to operational platforms, identifying issues and developing corrective solutions, system/cyber readiness.

Experience with stakeholder engagement to include coordination with FRD, PMWs, NAVWAR Competencies and TYCOMs/Fleet is required to successfully execute efforts.
