Monitoring and support for the effective processing and implementation of all relevant projects and requirements to achieve the strategic business plan
Close collaboration with the bank's operational units, especially the product/marketing departments and bank sales
Analysis of business activities and measures, including monitoring resource utilization and profitability across all product lines, customer segments, and channels
Development of comprehensive strategies and operational implementation plans in collaboration with the bank's operational departments to facilitate the acquisition of new target groups and market segments
Ideally several years of professional experience in project management
Good understanding of the banking and financial industry, particularly in the retail customer business, is desirable
Good analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Ability to effectively communicate with various internal stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
