    Meeting at the home office in Destin daily while in your first 90 days and 3-4 times a week after to receive work, on-going training and just being part of the team.

    Opportunities for growth into leadership positions as the organization grows. The ability to own your schedule and income.

    The ability to look around Northwest Florida and sayI did that as the windows across the shore and more sparkle.


    Typical Schedule:

    Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 3:30pmPay $15-$25 per hour based on performanceMaximum pay can be acquired within 6-8 months post-completion of trainingFish also offers:Weekly PayDaily opportunities for success2 weeks of paid trainingNo nights, weekends or holidaysTips and additional commission opportunitiesLeadership trainingInside and outside workFurnished equipment and uniformNo high-rise or skyscraper workNo waiting out the clock, when your work is done for the day, so are youMust have qualificationsWillingness to drive to Destin dailyValid driver's licenseReliable transportationCurrent car insurancePositive mindsetAbility to be coachedProvide excellent customer serviceWrite legibly and speak clearlyAble to count money and make changeSelf-motivated and able to work alonePhysical RequirementsAble to stand on feet for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 60 lbs.

    Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and armsAble to work with arms above headAble to bend and squat to ground levelAble to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degreeAble to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feetThis is a general labor position and a perfect opportunity for anyone with experience working outdoors, in customer service, hospitality or line cooks/back of the house.

    We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories.

    Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
