    Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne -

    LPN – Long Term Care

    LPN Rate: $27 to $29 per hour. (pay is based on experience). $2.50 Shift Differential for 2nd shift. $1 Shift Differential for 3rd shift.

    LPN Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time.

    Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced License Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.

    License Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Duties

    • Administers and records medications and treatments.
    • Prepares for and assists physician and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
    • Observes and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
    • Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

    License Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Valid LPN license in the state of FL.
    • CPR certification required.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or a related setting.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
