    Job Tittle - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    Location - Melbourne, FL 32940

    Contract Duration - 13 Weeks

    Pay Rate - $35-$40/hr

    Shift Hours - 40 hours

    (03:00 PM - 11:30 PM) M-F

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver the highest standard of care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current condition.

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

    Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in condition and response to treatment.

    Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

    Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Assist with patient education and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

    Ensure a clean and organized patient care environment.

    Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.

    Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay current with nursing best practices.

    Qualifications:

    Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [State].

    Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

    Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

    Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

    Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation.
