Your Responsibilities (not limited to):


  • Perform SEO/PPC related activities such as keyword research, analysis, audits, and A/B testing as needed
  • Track & analyze website traffic utilizing HubSpot, Google Analytics & Tag Manager to optimize conversions/funnels to improve user experience
  • Translate campaign and website data into actionable plans/recommendations
  • Identify new opportunities for improving paid/organic search rankings, traffic, conversions, lead generation & downloads
  • Create reports and summaries on organic/paid performance for internal communications with recommendations for improvement
  • Work with inhouse marketing teams (Web, Graphic, & Copywriting) to assist in creating optimized assets for websites, blogs, ads, and other digital platforms
  • Update website content, metadata, & links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
  • Monitor performance metrics/KPIs to understand SEO & paid strategy performance
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:


  • 23 years of experience in digital marketing or related role surrounding SEO/SEM/PPC
  • Knowledge in web tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ispionage
  • Basic understanding of HTML and meta data to implement changes
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and Google Ads
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
