    BlueWave Resource Partners is seeking a skilled BIM Manager for an out-of-this-world client As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for creating and designing 3d animations, sketches, drafts, and models using Revit Autodesk. Your expertise in BIM (Building Information Model) will be essential in assisting with the development and construction of projects.

    Responsibilities:
    - Create detailed 3D animations and visualizations for projects
    - Generate accurate sketches and drafts based on project requirements
    - Utilize software programs such as Sketchup, , Civil 3D, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and Revit to build models and designs
    - Use 3D Scanners such as Lidar to collect data

    Skills:
    - Proficiency in 3D animation techniques and software
    - Strong knowledge of CAD software programs such as Sketchup, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and Revit
    - Ability to create accurate sketches and drafts based on project requirements
    - Excellent attention to detail and ability to review designs for accuracy
    - Experience importing point clouds into Revit
    - Experience with different data sources, Lidar, physical blue prints, digital prints, AutoCAD, etc.
