The role:

As a BIM Manager, you will use your technical expertise and your organizational skills to manage complex BIM workflows and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

You will work on some of our biggest international projects, where you will get the opportunity to test the boundaries of what software can do for construction.

In this role you will:

Lead and manage the creation and execution of BIM workflows, including but not limited to BIM workflows that support mega projects.
Serve as the primary interface to clients and cultivate client relationships. Present work to the client. Lead conversations and facilitate BIMbased solutions with the client.
Listen to and understand various perspectives, resolving conflicts and communicating final decisions internally and externally.
Daily tasks include managing modeling complex systems and geometry, technology configuration, and customization via scripting.
Build and conduct BIM training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
Create, quality control, and train others in the use of Revit families and templates.
Devise BIM workflows to optimize collaboration between multiple stakeholders across the design phase of the project.
Regularly document and update BIM standards.
Implement digital design methods and tools on a range of project phases and types.
Design and implement project solutions for architects.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Enhance VIATechnik's goal of continuous improvement within our company, for our clients, and for the industry.
Contribute to our culture of professional development and knowledge sharing by participating in and leading training efforts.
A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or similar.
5+ years of experience in providing implementation, training, and support in BIM.
Conducted discovery conversations with clients to understand their pain points.
Acted as an information manager and coordinator, facilitating twoway communication between internal and external stakeholders.
A firm understanding of BIM workflows and work planning.
Expertlevel Revit skills that allow you to share best practices and train others.
The ability to dive deep into the technical side of BIM, testing and rolling out solutions within the project team, even when they are outside of the traditional scope.
Excellent organizational skills that allow you to coordinate deliverables and share information between multiple stakeholders.
Worked on large enterpriselevel BIM projects that require you to work on one project at a time.

Even better if you have:

2+ years of management experience.
Extensive experience with data analysis and testing.
Created formalized BIM training for clients.

Compensation and featured benefits:

The pay for this position is
$130,000 $140,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
