The Junior Corporate Event Planner will work closely with the Senior Event Planner and other Operations team members to coordinate logistics for our fortune 500 clientele corporate events.

This is a support role that will assist with several different aspects of the planning process, with a focus on travel, venue and vendor coordination.

• Book flights and hotel rooms for travel crew
• Contacting venues to gather logístical information such as dock details, event space access times, certificate of insurance requirements, etc.
• Create and close purchase orders in Flex.
• Assist with some basic accounting tasks, i.e. American Express reconciliation, requesting check status from the Accounting Dept and sending out checks via UPS.
• Associate degree in business, hospitality, or travel; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
