REPORTS TO:
Site Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process service requests through the American Expediting system, including generating quotes and verifying shipping documentation
  • Dispatch jobs based on customer specifications
  • Collaborate with all American Expediting offices and local service providers for efficient order transfers
  • Monitor order fulfillment and transport to meet deadlines
  • Handle emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns effectively
  • Maintain records of customer requests and services performed
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Custody standards
  • Consult with management to achieve operational objectives
  • Perform other assigned duties
SKILLS:
  • Strong verbal communication and problemsolving abilities
  • Interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and motivate colleagues
  • Knowledge of time zones and military time
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Familiarity with local geography and reading maps
  • Understanding of customer service principles
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred
  • Flexible work hours
