- Resolve customer inquiries and provide product and service education.
- Efficiently process payments with precision.
- Navigate multiple computer applications to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center/Dispatch experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and typing skills.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
