The Askew Group, LLC is a Small Woman and Minority Owned Business (SWAM 8(a)) that specializes in facility maintenance and post construction clean/ final construction cleanings.

We operate all around the 7 cities of Hampton Roads and our office is in Chesapeake. We want to continue to grow into new areas and expand our company's capabilities and services.

QUALIFICATIONS_

Knowledge of basic professional cleaning techniques
Can do Attitude, eye for detail, coachable and a team player
Friendly communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to move fast and efficient while on a construction site

Skilled technician or mechanically inclined.

Will clean windows using professional methods with squeeze (will train):

Must have a valid driver's license as well as your own reliable means of transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES_

Clean a variety of surfaces to dirtfree condition.
Operate machinery such as buffers and wet/dry vacuums
Arrive to sites on time on a consistent basis
Detail clean new kitchen and bathrooms, sinks, cabinets, tubs, clean hand rails, floors, and other surfaces.
Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Reliable transportation is required. Work locations vary and we are not always near public transportation.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed

Experience:

Professional Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
Commercial Window Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- own your vehicle: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
