Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer information
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Compensation & Benefits:
- $15.00 per hour payable bi-weekly
