What do we do?

At Immvest, we transform the way Spanish-speaking individuals invest in rental properties in Germany. We offer a comprehensive and personalized service, ensuring that each investment is simple and tailored to the individual financial needs of our clients. We work with exclusive properties, outside of the conventional market, provided directly by developers.

Your Responsibilities:

● You will be the companion and advisor for your clients throughout the investment process, from the initial consultation to the signing with the notary.

● You will interact with clients interested in real estate investments (no more cold calls).

● You will help your clients build their wealth.

● You will participate in internal marketing campaigns, supporting in communications and media.

Your Profile:

● Demonstrable previous experience in financial advisory or sales.

● Previous experience in the real estate sector.

● Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent German.

● Competent use of MS Office.
