Technical Buyer (M/F/x):


Purpose of the Role:

At DSE, we are dedicated to constantly improving and finding new ways to help patients.

As a Technical Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company receives the best value for the products and services we need.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to balance cost, quality, and time, and ensure operational excellence.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership and manage the entire purchase process, from requisition to order, for assigned projects within the Capex team in Pfaffenhofen
  • Follow all DSE policies and procedures, as well as external regulations, in all activities
  • Initiate and oversee vendor creation in SAP as needed for projects
  • Expedite pricing and lead times with vendors based on project procurement plans
  • Maintain highquality procurement data in SAP
  • Initiate and oversee digital contract signing process
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure service needs are met
  • Report purchasing activities to the overall Procurement monitoring activities
  • Contribute to Procurement's success in areas such as savings, customer satisfaction, risk management, and meeting defined KPIs (e.g. ROSMA)
  • Collaborate and support the DSE Operational Procurement team network

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree, vocational business school, or relevant practical experience
