For more than 50 years, we have been providing the automotive industry with innovative solutions, technical development, training and customer service.

As part of our succession planning, we are looking for an experienced HR management professional to join our headquarters in Babenhausen near Frankfurt am Main, either full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week).

We need your support in the following tasks:

Advising managers on all personnel-related and labor law issues
Managing all HR processes along the employee life cycle of approximately 100 employees
Initial and ongoing implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations
Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
Performance management and employee development
Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
Overseeing payroll and benefits administration
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation

Your profile:

Degree in HR management, business administration or a related field
Several years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry
Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
