Position Description

Essential Functions

Talent Acquisition Support:


  • Work with Marketing to lead and coordinate recruitment campaigns (especially social media)
  • Owns the Applicant Tracking System responsible for administration throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle manages and drives the process
  • Organize & orchestrate recruitment Career Fairs and recruitment related events
  • Document, track, and maintain applicant records and status of engagements in the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule, track, document all interview debrief meetings
  • Initiates and followup on background checks etc.
  • Assists in preparation and scheduling for job fair/recruiting events
  • Coordinates/works directly with Educational Institutions to coordinate recruitment events & Intern programs
  • Develop Talent Acquisition policies, procedures and guidelines ensure compliance
  • Lead where necessary with continuous improvement and process optimization suggestion
  • Work with management on job postings and offers (including peer compensation analysis)
  • Create offers etc.

HR Professional Duties:


  • IFS payroll administration with HR team.
  • Guide management through and assure adherence to the Kearfott onboarding process
  • Work with HR team to meet Affirmative Action goals and outreach activities
  • Work with HR team on employee compensation and benchmarking to assure competitive pay
  • Work on various surveys for new hires, employee engagement, etc. to make recommendations for improvements at Kearfott
  • Works with HR team on monthly employee events
  • Special HR projects as assigned

  • Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality concerning employee information and company records.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
Required Experience


Education & Experience

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office package.
  • BA/BS required, Business Administration or Human Resource Management preferred.
  • 3+ years HR coordinator or administrator experience desired.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
