Hemmerling Butchery is a family-owned business that has been in operation for over 90 years.

Located at the company headquarters on Syker Straße 119 in Delmenhorst, the small butchery has grown into a renowned store with a modern production facility that meets EU guidelines.

The family business also has additional butcher shops in Delmenhorst and Stuhr-Moordeich. Hemmerling Butchery also supplies large kitchens, restaurants, and hotels, and offers catering services.

We are currently seeking a skilled butcher to join our production facility in Delmenhorst.


Butcher (m/f/d):

Full-time position


Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
  • Ensuring quality control
  • Adhering to HACCP hygiene standards
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Storing finished meat and sausage products
  • Creating batches for product flow
  • Preparing meat for fine and special cuts
  • No disassembly work required
