Working at Charité

The Institute of Tropical Medicine and International Health is committed to providing patient care, conducting research, and teaching. It is home to the postgraduate Master's program in International Health, which is taught in English.

The program is part of the tropEd network, which includes over 25 institutions in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.

The Master's program consists of a core course, followed by advanced modules that can be completed at the Institute or other tropEd institutions, and concludes with a scientific project (thesis).

Currently, there are 170 students from approximately 30 countries enrolled in the Master's program. The program is taught by approximately 100 lecturers from Germany and abroad. The Master's program secretariat is staffed with 2.5 full-time employees, with additional support from student assistants.

Overview of the Position

In the context of the Master's program in International Health, the main administrative tasks include:
