For our Property Management department at our Regensburg location, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as soon as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US Renting out apartments and conducting viewing appointments with potential tenants is part of your responsibilities.

People skills and empathy are one of your strengths and you decide which tenants are a good fit for us.

You independently develop rental strategies while considering current rent levels and economic indicators. Analyzing and conceptualizing property-specific marketing measures and implementing them are part of your daily work. You independently commission renovation measures to prepare vacant apartments for new rentals and create return calculations. You take care of internal and external coordination regarding repair/modernization measures. You are responsible for correspondence with potential tenants, service providers, and authorities, and handle vacancy notifications. Additionally, you create rental contracts for apartments.
