    Customer Service Associate

    Responsibilities include:

    • Answering all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
    • Managing daily records for barge loading and coordinating schedules with customers and towing companies.
    • Processing truck and barge tickets using Command Data software.
    • Identifying and ordering office supplies as required.
    • Creating purchase orders and submitting monthly invoices to the AP Department.
    • Maintaining and reconciling petty cash.
    • Handling check requests and ordering fuel while maintaining daily records.
    • Tracking and recording diesel fuel purchases.
    • Completing scrap sales and forwarding them to the Accounting Department.
    • Preparing monthly production records and reports.
    • Maintaining yearly reports for Environmental and Annual Company permits.
    • Managing cash deposits for rental properties and sales of aggregates.
    • Assisting HR with new employee onboarding.
    • Ordering uniforms and maintaining records of orders.
    • Managing personnel records, including required MSHA records.
    • Tracking employee attendance, including vacation and holidays.
    • Reviewing weekly time cards and updating them as needed.


    What you need to succeed:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office manager/admin role with a focus on data entry and organization.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in using office software and data management tools.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
