- Ability to run project punch list by directing, instructing & leading subcontractors & following
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or
- Proficiency in computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office

Superintendent
Position Overview:
Assistant to the Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely, on-time,
and with high quality workmanship. Also run punch lists, assist with self-perform work, site
maintenance and supervision when Superintendent is absent.
