Duties:


  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities

Requirements:


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
  • Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and caregivers
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Skills:


  • Indepth knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
, particularly children

  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collecting data
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
related to behavioral interventions

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to accurately document medical records
