- Utilize existing relationships with family offices and UHNW individuals.
- Meet the annual capital raise target set by the Sales Manager.
- Proactively engage with family offices and UHNW individuals through calls and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of capital markets and securities industry.
- Stay updated on Caliber strategies and competitor products.
- Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive attendance to meetings and events.
- Oversee the tasks of an inside sales team as needed.
- Address complex inquiries and resolve problems effectively.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products.
- Share insights on industry developments for strategic marketing decisions.
- Experience as a licensed Financial Advisor, Investment Advisor, or Broker Dealer Representative.
- Hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with a strong network.
- Proficiency in selling private placements, 1031, and Reg D offerings.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
- Residency in Texas.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships effectively.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

If you want to join Caliber, a leading financial services company in the alternative asset management sector, then keep reading. Currently, we are on the lookout for a full-time VP of Wealth Development to support our market in Texas, with our office conveniently located in Bryan, TX. It's essential that you reside in Texas at the time of application.
In this role, you will be the face of Caliber, building key relationships with Broker/Dealer and RIA partners to raise capital for Caliber's various offerings. Your goal is to educate partners about the diverse range of offerings available through Caliber and contribute towards our company's growth target of $5 billion.
