- Provide behavioral support to participants with special needs across all settings
- Maintain positive relationships with members of the participant's clinical team
- Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Adhere to CCRN documentation standards. Complete detailed written progress notes of each IBHS service session.
- Have a certification as a BCaBA.
- Have a certification as an RBT.
- Have a certification as a BCAT.
- Have a behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
- Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and three (3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- (Clearances and TB current within 12 months)
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Health related field and three (3) years of direct care experience OR Certified Registered Behavioral Technician
- Up to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
