Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Research and resolve Epic Security Configuration issues within SLA guidelines.
Analyze and complete Epic Security Configuration requests promptly, while adhering to approval guidelines before implementing updates.
Collaborate with team members to address unique and challenging Epic Security requests, conducting thorough research before seeking assistance to demonstrate proactive problemsolving and analytical skills.
Assist team members to maintain the Epic Security Configuration for 6,500+ users within our Epic instance.
Requirements:
Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines and SLA requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team setting using company and vendor provided resources.
Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays and non standard working hours to provide Configuration support
Remote employees must have a dedicated, quiet work area and a stable, reliable internet connection of at least 75mbps download speed.
Ability to use discretion with sensitive information.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or recognized equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred
Insurance Industry experience preferred
Minimum 1 year experience working with industry specific an agency management system required. Applied Epic preferred
Proficiency in Applied Epic Security Configuration with moderate knowledge preferred
Exposure to a helpdesk ticket service platform preferred but not required
