  • Job Summary:
  • Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve Epic Security Configuration issues within SLA guidelines.
  • Analyze and complete Epic Security Configuration requests promptly, while adhering to approval guidelines before implementing updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to address unique and challenging Epic Security requests, conducting thorough research before seeking assistance to demonstrate proactive problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Assist team members to maintain the Epic Security Configuration for 6,500+ users within our Epic instance.
  • Requirements:
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines and SLA requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team setting using company and vendor provided resources.
  • Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays and non standard working hours to provide Configuration support
  • Remote employees must have a dedicated, quiet work area and a stable, reliable internet connection of at least 75mbps download speed.
  • Ability to use discretion with sensitive information.
  • Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or recognized equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred
  • Insurance Industry experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with industry specific an agency management system required. Applied Epic preferred
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic Security Configuration with moderate knowledge preferred
  • Exposure to a helpdesk ticket service platform preferred but not required
