Fairmount 'Die Schwarz Immobilien Service' combines all real estate services for the administrative locations of the companies within the Schwarz Group under one roof. They secure property acquisitions and take care of building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available as contact persons both internally and externally for all real estate matters.

Your tasks

  • You analyze our business processes and design customized solutions based on SAP PM along our roadmap
  • You support us in the digitization and optimization of processes in technical, infrastructural, and commercial facility management as part of our digital transformation
  • You carry out system tests, bug fixes, and adjustments, all with the goal of ensuring smooth implementation and functionality
  • You schedule, plan, and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure that our SAP PM system is continuously adapted and updated
  • No untested change gets past you and you maintain data in SAP PM to ensure consistent high data quality
  • You take the lead in conducting workshops and training sessions for our employees to educate and support them in using SAP PM
  • You are also responsible for data preparation for reporting and analysis purposes, always keeping an eye on the quality and consistency of all data and taking corrective action if necessary
