Description
Enables entry-level and aspiring (0-2 years' experience) IT professionals to gain foundational technical capabilities.

These related skills include basic and advanced security concepts, IT infrastructure, cloud operations, vulnerability assessments, risk management, full stack development, and more skills through our objective based professional development program.


Participants will work closely with DCI and designated employer partners to build skills and capabilities, which will culminate in being selected to work in full time roles with clients.

Outcomes typically align towards Help Desk Analysts positions in Connecticut.

  • Help Desk Analyst_
  • Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Be a Connecticut State Resident.
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to commit to a 6month minimum professional development program.
  • Interested and eligible for sponsorship to obtain a security clearance (up to Top Secret) from the U.S. federal government.
