Food technology specialists play a crucial role in production. They are responsible for fully monitoring the manufacturing process of our diverse products. From receiving the raw materials to the final product, they are responsible for ensuring the quality production of food.

The training takes place at our location in Dissen and lasts 3 years. The vocational school is located in Osnabrück.

Some of the tasks include:

  • Controlling and monitoring processes within production, development, and quality control
  • Adhering to and verifying quality standards and recipes
  • Operating and maintaining machinery
  • Preparing and storing goods
  • Using packaging materials
