YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of offers for sales/service and spare parts
- Coordination of service appointments and route optimization for sales representatives/service technicians
- Documentation and invoicing of aftersales service assignments
- Picking of materials for sales/service vehicles
- Support in the administration of sales and service technicians - including hotel bookings
