Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate REGISTERED NURSE (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and Home Health Aide HHA to join our healthcare team to see our hospice patients at their home or facility (SNF or Assisted Living Facilities).

We need to fill all 3 positions in the Hesperia area.

Paying per diem visits

We can offer w2 or 1099, 401k match in 2025 after one year of employment.

Here is the pay rates:
$250 per start of care (RN admission to hospice)

$120 per recertification

$100 per supervisory visit (checking on LVN, HA work, asking if patient is happy with our services ) usually every 14 days

LVN $40-50/ visit (usually weekly)

Home health aide $35-40/ visit (usually 2-3 times a week per patient)

You can pick up as much work as you want and you can schedule the hospice visits on your time.

Extremely flexible.
