Your Responsibilities

You will conceptualize and create target group-specific and legally compliant system documentation, user manuals, and operation/maintenance instructions for the European and international market
Researching and preparing product-specific information in close collaboration with the specialist departments is your forte
You ensure that normative and legal requirements are met in product development
Maintaining, standardizing, and modularizing multilingual content is your daily bread
You support product development in norm research, risk assessments, and conformity assessments
Once the current job holder retires, you will take on the role of Supervisor TR and be responsible for the technical leadership and process management of our editorial team

You have completed training as a technical writer or have a degree as a technician/engineer with relevant further education and experience in engineering
You are well-versed in relevant guidelines, standards, and legal requirements. Additional qualification as a CE coordinator would be helpful
Knowledge and experience in creating operation manuals for the North American market, as well as operation manuals for plant controls/HMI
Your English skills are excellent
You are proficient in MS Office and PDF authoring
You have some knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and good knowledge of various graphic tools
