- Crew Leaders: Directly Related 2 Years industry experience with a minimum of 5 Years of Supervisory Level.
- Helpers: No experience required - will train
- Experience in Structural Concrete, Masonry, Cast Stone, and Natural Stone desirable
- Additional experience in the Restoration of Historic Buildings & Structures is also desirable
- Must have extensive knowledge in the operation and safety requirements for the use of Aerial Equipment and Scaffolding Equipment
- Strong work ethic
