- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability on specific product categories such as industrial and commercial parts.
- Quote industrial parts
- Pull drawings and IOMs (Installation and Operation Manual)
- Follow-up on orders on hold for approval drawings
- Prepare and enter sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in proprietary software for commercial and industrial divisions.
- Generate open order lists and customer account on-time delivery reports
- Coordinate customer change requests
- Submit, track, and follow through to ensure completion
- Monitor, respond, and delegate emails from the general Customer Service inbox.
- 1 year experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- High School Diploma
