    Commercial Construction GC seeking a Superintendent for projects throughout the Midwest

    long-term and growing Commercial GC seeks Traveling Superintendent for projects throughout the Midwest

    salary is k plus 500/vehicle allowance, company phone and company credit card for gas purchase plus typically 3500/month for lodging and meals.

    medical/dental/vision - one combined premium rate /week for employee only coverage and 83/week for family coverage) with 300 annual deductible for employee and 900 annual deductible for family

    Construction Superintendent to provide on-site supervision and management for General Contractor. Must have ability to travel for construction projects in retail, vehicle service centers, healthcare, and ground up projects.

    Responsibilities will include scheduling trades, working with Project Manager to keep project on budget and schedule Clear communication skills required to effectively work with subcontractors, building officials, and inspectors.

    Oversight of all subcontractors to ensure layout and accuracy
    Receive and inventory deliveries to ensure Owner and GC provided materials are accounted for
    Manage inspection process from progress inspection to Certificate of Occupancy
    Hold subcontractors to high level of workmanship
