POSITION:


Technology Support Assistant

REPORTS TO:
Director of Operations & Technology


JOB PURPOSE:

The Technology Support Assistant will assist and support technical staff in their daily activities. Training will be provided. This is a seasonal position 10-12 weeks/25 hours per week beginning the end of May.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • The following duties are typical of those performed by an employee in this position; however, the employee may perform other related duties._
  • Provide assistance with setting up new equipment
  • Provide assistance in software and hardware installation
  • Reimage and maintenance of iPads & Macs issued to employees and students
  • Maintenance and update PC workstations, SMART Boards, phones, printers
  • Maintenance and cable organization of charging stations
  • Assist with cable management in IDFs and MDF
  • Create new student accounts and document in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
