RN Manager - Nurse Manager - Gardner, MA
Mon-Friday schedule could possibly do a late shift.

We are looking for someone who likes to manage and motivate yet sometimes deals with conflict management.


The Work of the Nurse Manager

  • Will supervise a staff of 58 Nurse and Medical Assistants
  • Oversee staff education
  • Provide backup direct patient care.
  • Practice collaboratively with all providers and staff to provide comprehensive primary care to patients.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Currently licensed as an RN OR as a LPN in Massachusetts and its Board of Nursing.

Minimum 2 year management experience:

  • Experience equal to either two years as an RN or five years in an ambulatory medical office
  • Computer skills for accurate data entry
  • AHA BLS Health Care Provider certification
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
