Career Development Specialist (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Planning, organizing, and followup of workshops and events, such as networking events, IT courses, or soft skills trainings
Advising and supporting our students and alumni on questions regarding career development
Independent management of clients and practice partners within the StudyPLUS Pro program
Preparation of communication content for online and print media
Collaboration on concepts related to career orientation and development
Close cooperation with lecturers and practice partners
Maintenance of online tools and databases (e.g. Salesforce, StudyPLUS)

WHAT YOU BRING:

Completed university degree, preferably with a focus on HR, business psychology, adult education, marketing, or a similar field
Ideally, first experience in organizing and marketing events, as well
