The service offerings of the Service Company are primarily aimed at municipal institutions and locally based companies.

Specialist for pool operations/lifeguard and technical employee (m/f/d)

Start date:
immediate

Employment:
permanent with 40 hours per week

Your tasks:
- comprehensive object management
- operation and maintenance of building technical systems
- compliance with all safety regulations
- monitoring and enforcement of house and pool rules
- supervision of visitors and bathers
- deployment as a substitute

Your profile:

You are a good fit for us if you have completed training as a specialist for pool operations or possess the German lifeguard badge at least silver level (not older than 2 years)
Professional experience in building maintenance or a technical field
Solutionoriented communication with our clients is required
Minimum driver's license class B
