- BS/BA Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years account management experience
- History of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to travel up to 50%Preferred:

- Experience in medical aesthetics, working in dermatology or plastic surgery
- Launch experience
- Experience in buy and bill or cash pay medicine
- Exhibit a high degree of technical expertise

The Professional Aesthetic Consultant will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals for his/her area. The Consultant is responsible for lead generation through direct contact with customers, in an assigned area. The Consultant maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. The Consultant will adhere to all company sales policies and procedures. The Consultant will deliver sales results per assigned quarterly goal and have primary responsibility for area metrics, issues, and customers.
Revance is setting the new standard for our clients through our disruptive products and for our employees through our industry-leading benefits that promote financial and physical health & well-being for all employees. The anticipated base salary for candidates for this open role is $100,000 to $110,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent upon factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job type and length of experience within the industry, education, and geographic location within the United States.
